Stored on your iPhone

Boards, notes, photos, videos, audio, links, themes, and connections are stored locally on the device. Canon Board does not operate an account or content server.

No tracking or advertising

Canon Board contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, cross-app tracking, or user profiling. We do not sell personal information.

On-device intelligence

When supported, suggestions use Apple’s on-device model. Your board content is not uploaded to Canon Board or a third-party AI service.

Apple handles purchases

Canon Board Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app reads signed purchase status only to unlock paid features.

Content you choose

Canon Board accesses photos, videos, or audio only after you select them using Apple’s system pickers. Imported content is copied into the app’s local storage. Links you save are stored as text; Canon Board does not crawl or track them.

Export and deletion

Exports happen only when you ask for them. Once you share an export to another app or service, that destination’s privacy practices apply. Deleting an artifact removes it from Canon Board. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data unless you previously made an external backup.

Children

Canon Board is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date on this page will be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the app and its App Store privacy information.

Keep your world moving.

Restore Canon Board Pro

Open Themes → Canon Board Pro → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Move or reset your iPhone

Open Themes → Export or restore your Canon Board and create an archive first. Canon Board has no server-side backup.
